Microdosing is a new term being used these days in the medical cannabis world. It describes the practice of ingesting smaller quantities of cannabis several times a day. Using small amounts more frequently will promote more efficient metabolism of cannabis to treat your symptoms while avoiding unpleasant side effects. Many people do not enjoy the psychotropic effects; that feeling of euphoria. For those who experience unwanted side effects, newbies, and those who have built up a high tolerance to THC, microdosing may be the perfect way to medicate.

How much is a dose with microdosing? That is hard to say as every person reacts differently to cannabis usage. As a starting off point, for those who vape or smoke, one puff is recommended.
